Deposit and Payment; To confirm the reservation, 50% of the total charter price is needed. Down payments can be made by credit card or by money transfer. This will act as a deposit and the balance can be paid in cash when you embark. This will be paid to our your-yacht.eu official, who will be present when you arrive on board.
Change of Dates; You can change the dates of your cruise, only if the boat is available for the requested dates. In this case the down payment will be valid. Notice of a request for date change, must be received by your-yacht.eu in writing, via e-mail.

Our refund policy on cancellation for private bookings is as follows;
For Cabin Charters / Sharing Cruises;
Deposit and Payment; To secure your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the charter fee per person is required within seven days of booking. Final payment is required 30 days prior to departure. All payments can be made by credit card or by money transfer. All reservations are subject to cancellation if payments are not received by the due date.

Our refund policy on cancellation for cabin charters is as follows;
Booking & Payments & Change of Dates & Cancellation & Refunds
1- Once your choice of boat or cabin charter tour has been made, we will place an option for your dates depending on the availability of your choice. In this way, we keep your yacht/cabin on hold until you are ready to make the deposit payment.
2- Once you are ready to proceed with the booking, we will send you the charter agreement & the invoice. We will then expect you to return your signed copy of the charter agreement together with a remittance slip from your bank to say that the deposit funds are on the way. Once the aggrement is signed, the down payment has to be done within one week (7 days) In case of non payment or delayed payment, your-yacht.eu/xanthosyachting is authorised to cancel the agreement. For credit card payments, a mail order form has to be filled, scanned and send to us. The booking is considered confirmed, once the deposit of the charter fee has been received. And your boat/cabin for the chosen dates is reserved for you. On private charters; the rest of the payment will be done on board in cash at your embarkation day. On cabin charters; full payment must be done 30 days prior to your departure.
3- Refunds will normally be made to the booking party. your-yacht.eu/xanthosyachting can only be responsible for refunding amounts actually received. No refunds will be made to passengers who do not board the boat or passengers who cancel after the start of the cruise. We recommend the purchase of travel insurance.

Refund policy for private yacht charters;
-90 or more days prior to your departure: 25% of the deposit will be funded and rest will be refunded.
-89 to 60 days prior to your departure: 50% of the deposit will be funded and rest will be refunded.
-60 or less days prior to your departure: 100% of the deposit will be funded as a administration fee.
Refund policy for cabin charters;
-60 or more days prior to your departure: 25% of cruise fare will be funded and rest will be refunded.
-59 to 30 days prior to your departure: 50% of cruise fare will be funded and rest will be refunded.
-30 or less days prior to your departure: 100% of cruise fare will be funded as a administration fee.
6- All of the carriers and other services provided in which we bring together in our services work as independent contractors and are not agents or employees of the company. Nevertheless, all of the service provided bears your-yacht.eu/xanthosyachting guarantee and responsibility for quality of service, which we provide all of our customers with.
7- your-yacht.eu/xanthosyachting is responsible for making all the arrangements for everything specified in the services and itineraries. At time of embarkation, boat and the crew must be in a clean and good condition and and must be ready to start the cruise.
8- your-yacht.eu/xanthosyachting liability and responsibility does not extend beyond the boat; any arrangements made by or for passengers either before boarding or when disembarking are at the passenger’s own risk. In case of 'no show' (guest does not approach without notice) at the date and time of emberkation, your-yacht.eu/xanthosyachting is authorised to cancel the agreement without refund.
9- your-yacht.eu/xanthosyachting does not own or control any ground transportation or hotels. As a convenience to our passengers, your-yacht.eu/xanthosyachting may sell tickets for land excursions or arrange other services which are operated by independent contractors, but shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever for any damage, loss, injury or death arising. Nevertheless, all of the service provided in the boat bears your-yacht.eu/xanthosyachting guarantee and responsibility for quality service, which we provide to all of our customers with.
10- your-yacht.eu/xanthosyachting preserves the right to cancel the whole tour without a refund, once the capacity of the passengers excess the booking and the capacity of the boat itself.
11- Prices and availability are subject to change. your-yacht.eu/xanthosyachting shall not be liable for errors or omissions in the Information concerning the yachts or properties. Your access to this information indicates your acceptance of these terms cited above. Always check with your-yacht.eu for latest information.
12- All travel documents issued by your-yacht.eu/xanthosyachting, in written paraphernalia or to the customer, are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the laws of Turkey.
13- The captain is responsible for the safe navigation of the yacht and the charterers. The guests shall use the yacht exclusively as a pleasure vessel, with care and attention. Smoking inside the boat is not allowed. You can smoke outside, on the upper deck. The guests shall ensure that; no pets or animals are brought on board, no weapons, no narcotics are used or carried on board, and no other illegal activities are carried out on board. In cases of misbehavior which puts the boat and the guests in danger, the captain will go to the next harbor and disembark the guests without any refund.
15- On cabin charters; drinks from outside the boat are not allowed. You can purchase drinks from the bar on board. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed on cabin charters.
16- Different terms and conditions may apply for motoryacht rentals and bareboat charters.
17- In case any of the services included in our tour packages cannot be provided at the time of the tour for reasons beyond the control of the company, than your-yacht.eu/xanthosyachting is responsible in providing equally comfortable and interesting alternatives. In this case, your-yacht.eu/xanthosyachting may operate the cruise program with another boat as long as this boat is of the same or higher standard. Passengers offered a suitable alternative cruise program or alternative boat, are not entitled to any refund.
18- During the cruise, should the boat sustain any breakdown in machinery, mechanical defect or be disabled by fire on board, grounding or collision disrupting the cruise itinerary for more than 24 hours, and if no substitute boat or arrangement is offered, passengers will be entitled to a refund proportional to the cruise days not operated. No further claims will be accepted.
19- your-yacht.eu/xanthosyachting may for any reason whatsoever cancel any cruise at any time for reasons of;
Force Majeure; We do not accept liability for any loss, damage or expense resulting from war or terrorist activities, threatened or actual, civil unrest, industrial action, weather conditions, fire on land, volcanic eruption, flood, drought, harbour & airport regulations and closure, unforeseen alterations to public transport schedules, rescheduling of aircrafts, boats, or any type of transportation means or any other event outside our control which either delays or extends the holiday arrangements.
20- The captain has the right to change the itinerary, depending on the weather conditions. No claims for this or delays will be accepted.
21- We do not accept any responsibility for any client who contravenes any law or regulation of any of the countries visited while on the tour.
22- All boats are under fully comprehensive and third party
insurances. The insurance covers even the medical expenses in case of injury on board during the cruise and the cost of personal belongings in case of accidents that may occur while at sea.
However, the insurance does not cover the accidents or injuries etc. that may occur beyond the boat, thus we do advise you to have your own personal travel, health, accident, cancellation,
luggage and trip-interruption insurance.
23- During the tour should any complaints arise on board, please report them to your captain right away so that he can contact the representative of yours whom you met at the briefing at embarkation from your-yacht.eu/xanthosyachting. Complaints after the trip; must be made in writing via e-mail directly to your-yacht.eu/xanthosyachting which should be received by your-yacht.eu within 21 days of completing the tour the complaint is regarding. Complaints that are received by the company 21 days after the end of cruise are not acknowledged.
Photos & Marketing & Privacy
A- The passenger consents to your-yacht.eu/xanthosyachting using images taken of the passenger during the tour for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium we choose. The passenger grants your-yacht.eu/xanthosyachting a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide irrevocable license to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes.
B- The information contained in this web site, including but not limited to its photographs, designs, graphs, screens and literary content or any part thereof is furnished "as is" with no warranties or representations concerning the quality, performance, merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose.
